My sole purpose is to ensure the fulfilment of joy! To stir individuals, entities and ideas to wholeness. I strongly believe that to achieve the fulfilment of joy the purpose and intent of a thing is a good starting point. This is why my mission is to ‘Mine the genius in you or your entity’. The reason why some people call me #GeniusMined. 

So whether this genius is in the form of figuring out some direction, being a thinking partner, sharing experiences or simply just plainly being there. This path is my journey to fulfilment!

I have had such an interesting and dynamic professional work experience – starting out as a cost consultant to becoming a project manager in the industry of construction, I learnt to manage key constraints while seeing projects from dream to reality. I was privileged to contribute my quota as one of the pioneer members of an ecommerce marketplace before also being a pioneer team member for a business process outsourcing multinational entity, where I was privileged to provide direction and ensure a highly galvanized team of 200 people came together to provide best-in-class customer satisfaction to a diverse group of people while exceeding stringent service level agreements. My passion for impact and willingness to contribute to the quality of leaders the continent I was born in saw me join an unusual educational institution that was positioned to build quality leaders for the future. I currently spend most of my daytime thriving at the intersect of my passion and skillset as an operations & strategy executive with a social enterprise making tremendous impact across Africa.

Through the years, I have grown tremendously through my experiences, learnings, travels and the sheer privilege of being a part of the many people whose lives I have been a part of. I am passionate about coaching people to achieve results in all aspects of live and endeavour and I am a NeuroLeadership Institute (NLI) results-trained coach. 

Kayode’s most recent consolidated learning adventure is as a curious executive MBA candidate at Erasmus University’s Rotterdam School of Management. He has been on other adventures like my executive education adventure on Digital Transformation Strategies at University of Cambridge’s Judge Business School and Mastering Design Thinking at MIT Sloan School of Management. He became a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) in 2012 and he graduated with a Bachelors degree from Obafemi Awolowo University. Kayode is a fellow of the Institute of Leadership & Management, UK and member of the Project Management Institute.

Most importantly, I am product of grace. Everything I am is only possible because I am deeply rooted in the grace God has lavished me with through the salvation in Jesus Christ. I am an unrepentant #GraceJunkie.
